I'm running Windows 10 version 1903 and I've seen others mention problems with this version so I don't know if I'm affected by it or not. If I can troubleshoot why it's doing this and fix it. I'm mostly wondering if there is a way I can increase the launching time. It is actually running faster than I've had it running before (probably the increased texture memory that I just tweaked most recently). After the game is fully launched and running the game runs very fast and smoothly. I have a lot of my programs/games installed on this second drive and I don't have any slow launching with them as far as I can tell. I had thought maybe that second drive was sleeping, but now I'm not so sure. I do have the game on my second drive which is an internal 1TB HDD. Also the game has a slow launch every single time I launch it, not just the first time. My version of TS2 is threw origin and origin is already running in the background so it's not like I have to wait for it to run before the game. I even double checked with the SecuRom removal tool. I've also fiddled with the Graphics Rules.sgr so that I can increase the screen resolution, texture memory, and tweak a couple other things. For example adding my Graphics Card to the Video Cards.sgr so the game recognizes my graphics card. Now I've already run threw a lot of the Settings for TS2 in order to get it running smoothly. I hadn't opened or played the game in awhile so I cannot say exactly when the issue started, but the other day I noticed a long launching time after double clicking the icon.
